By booking or receiving services at our salon, you agree to the following terms. These terms do not affect your statutory rights under Ontario law. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Policy

We are committed to providing professional, hygienic, and high-quality nail care services performed with reasonable care and skill. To ensure your safety and satisfaction:
  • Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities that may affect your service.
  • Inspect your service before leaving the salon. If you have concerns, notify us immediately, and we will address them promptly.
  • We are responsible for addressing service-related issues in accordance with applicable laws.

2. Refund and Repair Policy

Refunds are not typically offered for completed services, as we strive to ensure satisfaction through our 7-day service warranty. If you experience service-related issues (e.g., chipping, lifting, or peeling) within 7 days of your appointment, we will provide a free repair, provided:
  • The issue is reported within 7 days of the original service.
  • The issue is directly related to the service provided (e.g., not caused by improper care, accidents, or services performed elsewhere).
  • Repairs are limited to the original color/design.
Additional remedies, such as refunds, may be available as required by law if the service does not meet statutory standards. Please contact us promptly at (905) 605-6886 to discuss any concerns.

3. Appointment & Cancellation Policy

To provide the best experience for all clients:
  • Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment to accommodate other clients.
  • To cancel or reschedule, notify us at least 4 hours in advance.

4. In-Salon Conduct

To maintain a safe and respectful environment for all:
  • Smoking, disruptive behavior, or disrespectful conduct toward staff or other clients is not permitted.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in such behavior, in accordance with applicable laws.
  • We are committed to treating all clients fairly and respectfully.

5. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy and comply with Ontario privacy laws:
  • We collect personal information (e.g., name, contact details, and health information like allergies) solely for appointment booking, service delivery, and customer care.
  • We protect your information with reasonable security measures and do not share it with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and at the salon. By booking or receiving services, you agree to the current terms.

7. Acknowledgment

By booking or receiving services, you confirm that you have reviewed and agree to these terms. These terms do not affect your statutory rights under Ontario law, including those under the Consumer Protection Act, 2002.
